Chef Davitt has worked around the world, both aboard private motor yachts and in private residences, from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean and across the US. He specialises in crafting big and bold menus with a strong focus on nutrition. His culinary expertise spans a wide range of Mediterranean and Asian cuisines.. He has worked at Michelin-level in NYC and has run his own private dining services both in NYC and most recently Ireland, where he found his passion for cooking emerged at an early age.
Chef Davitt has now made Atlanta GA, his home and is bringing his culinary flair and flavor to its residents and residences with Honey Truffle ATL. Utilising all that Atlanta and its surrounding areas has to offer, Chef Davitt focuses heavily on relationships with local growers, producers and suppliers to incorporate the finest seasonal ingredients and food products into his menus and hopes to share his culinary passion with you.
